PREP 5 MINS / COOK 2 MIN
INGREDIENTS
- Half a frozen banana
- ½ C frozen avocado
- Large handful baby spinach
- 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop protein (my fav: Pranaon Himalayan Salted Caramel)
- 1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
Additional:
- Greens powder (my fav: Pranaon Super Greens)
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients into the blender and blend away!
- Serve with ice and enjoy 🙂
