MY GO-TO GREEN SMOOTHIE

PREP 5 MINS / COOK 2 MIN

INGREDIENTS

  • Half a frozen banana
  • ½ C frozen avocado
  • Large handful baby spinach
  • 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein (my fav: Pranaon Himalayan Salted Caramel)
  • 1 Cup unsweetened almond milk

Additional:

  • Greens powder (my fav: Pranaon Super Greens)

DIRECTIONS

  • Place all ingredients into the blender and blend away!
  • Serve with ice and enjoy 🙂

GUT HEALING COCO PARFAIT

INGREDIENTS

  • Coconut yoghurt
  • 1 scoop protein
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • Coconut chips
  • Low sugar granola
  • Blueberries & raspberries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the coconut yoghurt and protein together.
  2. Layer a jar with yoghurt, granola, berries …
  3. Enjoy J

MERMAID BOWL

PREP 5 MINS  / COOK 5 MIN

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop protein
  • 2 tsp Blue Spirulina (can be found in most bulk bin health food stores)
  • ½ – 1 cup almond milk

Toppings

  • Desiccated coconut
  • Raspberries
  • Mint

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend frozen banana, milk, protein & spirulina until a smooth consistency
  2. Pour into bowl and decorate with desired toppings
  3. Enjoy 🙂
