MY GO-TO GREEN SMOOTHIE
PREP 5 MINS / COOK 2 MIN
INGREDIENTS
- Half a frozen banana
- ½ C frozen avocado
- Large handful baby spinach
- 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop protein (my fav: Pranaon Himalayan Salted Caramel)
- 1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
Additional:
- Greens powder (my fav: Pranaon Super Greens)
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients into the blender and blend away!
- Serve with ice and enjoy 🙂
MERMAID BOWL
PREP 5 MINS / COOK 5 MIN
INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop protein
- 2 tsp Blue Spirulina (can be found in most bulk bin health food stores)
- ½ – 1 cup almond milk
Toppings
- Desiccated coconut
- Raspberries
- Mint
DIRECTIONS
- Blend frozen banana, milk, protein & spirulina until a smooth consistency
- Pour into bowl and decorate with desired toppings
- Enjoy 🙂
NOTES
Blue Spirulina benefits
- Rich n protein, vitamins & minerals
- Does not have the fishy taste like green spirulina
